Requirements to Rent an Apartment

To Qualify to rent an apartment, you must:

     *  Have been on your job for 6 months

     *  Make 3 times the rent

     *  Have a clean rental history

     *  Pass a criminal and credit report check 

  

To Apply for an Apartment, you must:

     *  Pay a $25 application fee by money order

     *  Fill out the Rental application and return it to the office in person

 

To Move in after you are qualified, you must pay:

     *  First month's rent, full or prorated depending on move in date

     *  $200 deposit, ($100 is non refundable at move out)
